Southwest to Kansas City and then on to Nashville.
The Nashville airport has rocking chairs!
Drove about 3 hours north to Louisville Kentucky. The scenery was beautiful.
Stopped for a snack at Jacks Bar-B-Que. We shared a fantastic smoked turkey sandwich.
On the way into Louisville we saw several old, beautiful churches.
We crossed the Ohio river into Jacksonville Indiana.
We stopped briefly at the Falls of Ohio State Park to see the fossil beds of the Ohio River.
We had dinner in Indiana with a beautiful view of Louisville across the river.
I swear that every single town we drove through, at some point in the satellite, we were instructed to turn right onto Church Street. That must be the most popular street name in Tennessee.
